Job Summary

We are actively seeking high-energy, flexible, and positive individuals to join our seasonal support team. As an entry-level Retail Associate, you will be trained across multiple departments, acting as a "floater" who steps in wherever the store needs you most. You will serve as a brand ambassador, delivering the signature hustle that sets Target apart in the retail industry. This is an incredibly active role where your ability to pivot quickly is highly valued.

Comprehensive Responsibilities

• Operational Support: Jump into action where needed most—whether it's backing up the cashier lanes to reduce lines, zoning the toy department, or helping fulfill online orders.
• Guest Service Basics: Utilize rapid training to respond to fast-paced shopper inquiries, directing traffic, and utilizing smart devices to locate out-of-stock items.
• Premium Hospitality: Deliver exceptional guest service in all zones despite the holiday rush. This includes smiling, maintaining a festive attitude, and providing personalized care.
• Retail Maintenance: Keep the store looking its best by organizing retail shelves, wiping down registers, and sweeping the sales floor.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age (with valid work permit) or 18 years of age upon application.
• No prior retail experience required—we provide rapid, effective onboarding.
• Must possess extreme schedule flexibility, including availability for "Blackout" dates around major holidays (November/December).
• Ability to stand for extended periods and safely lift up to 40 pounds on a regular basis.
