Job Summary

As an entry-level Front End Associate, you will be trained to become a master of apparel placement and fitting room hospitality. You will serve as an in-aisle brand ambassador, delivering the signature neatness and relaxed vibe that sets Hollister apart in the teen apparel industry. Comprehensive Responsibilities

• Aisle Maintenance: Execute continuous visual recovery, folding denim flawlessly, sizing apparel racks, and ensuring the store aesthetic aligns with corporate directives.
• Fitting Room Support: Manage the fitting room queue, offering sizing advice to customers, and swiftly sorting returned garments back onto the sales floor.
• Customer Interaction: Proactively approach browsing shoppers to offer styling tips, locate specific items, and suggest complementary products like fragrances or accessories.
• Freight Processing: Unload weekly deliveries and push new merchandise to the sales floor, applying security sensors to high-theft items.

Requirements & Qualifications
