Job Summary
We are actively seeking trustworthy, detail-oriented individuals to manage our store's cash flow. As a Bookkeeper, you will reconcile cash drawers, prepare bank deposits, and manage petty cash accounts. Comprehensive Responsibilities
- Till Management: Issue starting cash funds to front-end cashiers, and count down their drawers at the end of their shifts to ensure perfect balance.
- Banking Operations: Prepare and verify daily secure bank deposits, coordinating with armored car services for safe and timely pickups.
- Petty Cash & Expenses: Manage the store's petty cash fund, reimbursing associates for approved small store purchases and maintaining receipts.
- Discrepancy Investigation: Research instances of cash over/short, reviewing register journals and CCTV footage to identify the source of the error.
