Job Summary

We are actively seeking fashion-forward, energetic, and highly organized individuals to join our style team. As a Sales Representative, you will be fully trained to become a product expert in your designated area (such as Women's Apparel, Men's Suiting, or Home Goods). You will serve as a trend ambassador, delivering the signature style advice that sets us apart in the department store industry. This is an engaging role for anyone passionate about aesthetics, folding techniques, and helping people look their best.

Comprehensive Responsibilities

• Visual Merchandising: Execute continuous floor recovery, folding sweaters, sizing apparel racks, and styling mannequins according to corporate visual guidelines.
• Proactive Engagement: Approach browsing guests to offer styling advice, locate specific sizes, and suggest matching accessories to complete their look.
• Fitting Room Operations: Manage the fitting room queue, swiftly sorting returned items, and integrating them seamlessly back onto the sales floor.
• Transaction Execution: Jump onto the cash registers to process payments smoothly, manage returns, and promote the Star Rewards credit card program.
