- Cart & Environment Maintenance: Safely retrieve shopping carts from the parking lot using the cart pusher machine, ensuring the store lobby is always fully stocked and clean.
- Guest Assistance: Act as an attentive host, answering quick guest questions at the entrance and directing them to specific aisles or departments.
- Self-Checkout Support: Assist guests with barcode issues, remove security tags, and troubleshoot machine alerts in the SCO zones.
