Job Summary

We are actively seeking detail-obsessed, highly analytical individuals to manage our store's inventory flow. As an Inventory Control Specialist, you will be trained to investigate stock discrepancies, manage vendor relationships, and ensure the backroom operates flawlessly. Comprehensive Responsibilities

• Shrink Reduction: Investigate negative inventory balances and high-theft categories, working with management to adjust ordering algorithms and correct systemic counts.
• Vendor Receiving: Act as the primary receiver for Direct Store Delivery (DSD) vendors (e.g., soda, chips, bread), scanning in their invoices and auditing their deliveries.
• Damage & Defect Processing: Process all damaged goods, executing the proper reclamation or hazardous waste protocols to recoup costs and ensure safety.
• Backroom Management: Execute routine audits of the reserve storage bins, ensuring pallets are wrapped securely and excess freight is accounted for.
