- Intervention & Troubleshooting: Respond rapidly to machine alerts (e.g., scale errors, ID verification for age-restricted items) to keep transactions moving without frustration.
- Asset Protection Support: Maintain a vigilant presence, ensuring all items in a guest's cart are properly scanned before they bag them and exit.
